Terms & Conditions

- A Certificate Of Attendance will be issued

- Delegates must be 15 years of age and older

- Delegates must have a good understanding of the English language - reading as well as writing

- Payment per session is in advance - no exception will be made

- Cancellations need to be made 48 hours prior to the commencement of a session booked else a refund is forfeited

- The Content and Attention given is the same throughout to all delegates attending

- Fortitude South Africa cannot guarantee that the concepts will be mastered in the time allocated, as no aptitude tests will

be conducted beforehand. Fortitude South Africa will therefore not be held responsible for delegates not being able to

master the concepts in the time allocated. No refunds will be given when a delegate cannot grasp the concepts

- Additional sessions may be scheduled at R250 per session, should a delegate not be able to grasp the concepts of a

certain session. It is a prerequisite, that all previous sessions be completed successfully, before a delegate may attempt

the contents of a next session

- It is expected of all delegates to behave in a courteous manner at all times. Fortitude South Africa holds the right to ask

a misbehaving delegate to leave the class - without a refund to the said delegate
